Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth, respectful, and personalized experience for every client, the following studio policies are observed.

New Client Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve all new client appointments. This deposit is applied toward your scheduled service and confirms your dedicated time in the studio.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the studio directly at (707) 224-9704 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Kindly leave a voicemail including:

Your full name
Appointment date and time
Whether you are cancelling or rescheduling

Please note: The studio phone does not accept text messages. Submitting a contact form or email is not considered an official cancellation request.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $100 per scheduled hour. Most services range between 2–3 hours.

Health & Safety Standards

Elayne adheres to universal precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and uses single-use, disposable needles and color tubes for every client.
