• I went to Permanent Cosmetic Arts because of the great reviews I found on Yelp and they were all true. Elayne is an artist. She discusses, in detail, how the procedure will go in order to quell any fears you may have. She works with you to figure out exactly how you want the finished product to look and then the process begins. The procedure is completely pain-free due to her magical anesthesia tricks and if anything, it tickled a bit. I have completed my first round and it looks great so far and after one month I will return for any final touch ups to ensure I am completely satisfied with the work done. I am really excited to be done with the smudgy eyeliner look and can't wait to toss my liners.
